          Our standard refund policy is as follows:
 

  • Full Refund – Customers are entitled to a full refund if a scheduled service has not gone ahead.

  • Cancellations – If you need to cancel before work begins, we will issue a full refund of any deposit or advance payment.

  • Work in Progress – Once a project has started, refunds will be assessed based on the stage of completion and any materials already purchased.

  • Refund Method – Approved refunds will be processed promptly to the original payment method.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by MODIVAS to customers within the UK. By booking or accepting our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

MODIVAS provides a range of home improvement services, including but not limited to bathroom renovations, stairwork, and furniture solutions. All work will be carried out by our team and certified contractors where applicable.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are free and valid for 30 days from the date issued.

  • Prices may vary if project requirements change or additional work is requested.

  • Any adjustments will be discussed and agreed upon before work continues.

4. Payments

  • A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance payable upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments must be made by the agreed method stated on the invoice.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Customers are entitled to a full refund if the service has not gone ahead.

  • If cancellation occurs after work has started, refunds will be assessed based on progress and materials purchased.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure the property is accessible and safe for our team to carry out the work.

  • Any necessary permissions, such as planning approval (if required), remain the customer’s responsibility.

7. MODIVAS Responsibilities

  • All work will be carried out to professional standards using quality materials.

  • Our contractors are certified and insured to perform the services offered.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier issues, extreme weather).

8. Warranty

  • MODIVAS offers a workmanship guarantee (details provided in project agreements).

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products where relevant.

9. Liability

  • MODIVAS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the services provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
